Author’s comment on the organization of this book

The organization of the many elements discussed in this book is based on that of the organization of similar elements in the Book of Revelation. Using Revelation in this manner greatly simplifies the presentation of the many and varied Egyptian sources containing similar characters, scenes, events and series of events identified in a wide range of ancient Egyptian; a selection of certain historical events in Egypt are included.
